We offer four suites in the Inn, all the same size just different shapes; three downstairs and one up...
Also, we have The Roadhouse, The Bridal Cottage and The Groom’s Coop. Our rates are the same 195.00 per night for all..except  for Tue and Wed night when the rate is 150.00 per night for any room of your choice... check for specials !  **Must call for availability on the Roadhouse, Grooms Coop and The Bridal Cottages. These rooms cannot be booked online through the availability calendar.
 

                           Topaz Room
The Topaz room has the hue of                        topaz from the vintage fixture                       next to the bed, layered with seasonal custom linens on a hand made queen bed. The room also offers a queen pullout and a love seat...note the large steam room is  perfect for unwinding after a long day...

Ruby Room
The Ruby room gets its name from the antique hanging fixture in the middle of the room. A wonderfully comfortable day bed and seasonally clad custom linens on a queen bed... Plus a private screened  porch for total privacy...

Jade Room
    The Jade Room is very popular with its' sunken jacuzzi tub, dramatic black fire stove and again lovely seasonal linens... hidden around the corner, off the front veranda is it’s own screened sleeping porch...

  Quartz Room

The Quartz Room is bright and spacious, it has a tall vaulted ceiling, a king  and a day bed, plus a long bench for a small person..a double shower and warm fire  stove located up off its’ own staircase..

    The Road House
The Roadhouse feels more like a tree house..with a copper kitchen, full laundry in the bath and separate queen bedroom. With more custom linens...plus a pull out queen in the living room..patios front and back and a deck located off behind the pool

     The Groom's Coop
  The Groom's  Coop replaces what was a chicken coop. It's now a sturdy cottage with it’s own pond and a back door to the pool ..full bed and twin pull out with a little kitchenette, a nice manly shower and a private perch over the pond filled with water lilies and surrounded by weeping willows...central but private..

The Bridal Cottage is off behind the ‘near barn' through a rose covered trellis but still convenient with its own parking. A studio with a darling kitchen and claw-ball antique tub and copper shower...stained glass windows give pretty rose hues to the room... the queen bed is bedecked with a romantic hanging
wreath over the bed..and its’ own side yard. The cottage features loads of wisteria and climbing roses around its’ front lawn... a favorite of our own brides and honeymooners alike

Willow Room
The Willow room is  newly renovated, over looking the pond and it willows, and a shortcut to the pool. Sporting a queen and twin bed, once an antique hotel desk is now a tressle sink. Soothing colors offering the union hill inn’s traditional comfort and relaxation.
