Package Details

  • Exclusive use of "Wedding Venue Grounds" ​​​

    • Mid week starting Tuesday at 12 noon until Thurs at 12 noon

    • Weekends starting Friday at 12 noon until Sunday at 2pm
    • Venue includes use of Hall, Chapel, Circles, 2 pavilions, fire-pit area, and the pool May - Oct.
  • The following 2 beautifully decorated Guest Suites on property are included in package with a 2 night minimum

    • Bridal Cottage and Grooms Coop. Visit our lodging page to view them, along with our other rentable rooms.

  • Endless wonderful possibilities for rehearsal dinner area, ceremony sites and reception locations.

  • Use of Union Hill Inn's tables Friday and Saturday, Use of linens Saturday only (Outdoor and Indoor).

  • Dinnerware, flatware and glassware ( Saturday only in Indoor Reception Hall) for an extra fee per person.

  • Use of the pool in the Summer months, we will provide towels  May - Oct. 

  • Use of Union Hill Inn property for Engagement Photos and future  anniversary photos.

  • Special Alumni rates for future room bookings. 

  • Food & beverage for rehearsal dinners and wedding receptions must be brought in from an outside source.   Not included in the package pricing.  Vendors must be professional as it applies to serving and cleaning. We are currently looking to update our preferred vendor list. Caterers, bakeries, music.....

Deposit

A $1,500 deposit is required to reserve your event date at Union Hill Inn.   (acceptable forms of payment include check, cashiers check or Zelle)

Please note: The deposit is in addition to & not included as part of the wedding package pricing.

 

Once your event is complete, the deposit is refunded less a 15%

( $225.00 ) handling fee.

The deposit will be refunded within two weeks unless our noise/music regulation is abused, or for missing/broken items.  In which case, the entire deposit will be withheld.  (examples of withheld deposit could be due to dog hair or confetti in the pool)

Venue Payment

1st 50% Venue Payment of the wedding package price is due 6 months prior to event date. 

The remaining balance must be paid at your "Round-up meeting" (approximately 3 weeks prior to event).

Acceptable form of payment is Check, cashiers check or Zelle.

Information

If your event is cancelled or changed for any reason, the deposit becomes non-refundable UNLESS Union Hill Inn is able to rebook the date. Cancellations made within 6 months of the event date and/or within 3 weeks of the final payment are

non-refundable 

Broken, missing or damaged furniture, furniture moved and not replaced to correct area, or if landscape is significantly altered, a portion of your deposit will not be returned
